Lei Ditch
holds a BS and MS in Computer Science from Stanford and was a Frederick
E. Terman Award recipient. Formerly, Lei
was the CEO of Pinnacle Productions, a web development firm he started and
maintained throughout his formal academic training. From there, he
moved to work for slightly bigger fish in the IT pond, namely Oracle.
Lei's experience with enterprise application development, product
management, and overseeing his division’s India Development Center
counterparts serve Startech's clients very well. Lei spent the first
decade of his life in Beijing, before moving the to U.S. Fluent in
Mandarin and English, he represents the international and
entrepreneurial spirit that we bring to our clients.

Michael
Bird received his BS in computer science from the California Institute
of Technology and has significant experience in QA and IT best practices. An adept project manager with significant practical and technical skill, Michael provides Startech invaluable
experience related to assessing the best technology to create effective
solutions for users and managing our internal developement processes
and technologies to ensure quality, on time delivery. When not applying
his disciplined nature to our IT development, Michael is a black belt
in Tang Soo Do and is learning the guitar via the suzuki method.
