Project: A DOW component chose Startech as its partner for developing a new pharmaceutical equipment ordering system to improve their existing SCM. 

Process: Startech's project manager and lead engineers traveled onsite to the client's headquarters to engage the functional stakeholders and the technical team in high-efficiency, face-to-face knowledge transfer sessions. Subsequently, the acquired expertise enabled the Startech team to architect and develop the entire application offshore.  Throughout the project, Startech's CMM and ISO certified processes allowed the project team to practice management and quality controls that adhered to the strictest FDA regulations. 

Solution: The final product currently supports a majority of the client's procurement transactions, and Startech is currently being retained by the client to develop the next major release of the product.
