Project: A startup augments its own engineering staff with
Startech technical resources to expand technical competency and resolve
capacity issues.
Process: Startech provided critical technical and project
management resources that allowed the client’s engineering staff to
focus on strategic decision making and performing higher value tasks.
The two engineering teams cooperated via Agile software development and
interfaced daily. Both teams worked together to deliver major
functionalities on bi-weekly release cycles. Startech also provided
Web 2.0 design and Flash expertise that allowed the client to create
additional web solutions and establish themselves in the social
networking scene.
Solution: Startech helped the client successfully launch three
major releases of their web platform to maintain their leadership
position and stay one step ahead of the competition.
